Third brake light
So I had my third brake light lens fall off, again. I glued it on first time around but this time it fell off while I was driving and its gone for good. So I bought an aftermarket replacement from my local parts house I deal with for convenience and price. It was a Dorman piece. The fitment was laughable. I had to shave off several spots of plastic to get it to work. But It lights up, for $50 and delivered to my shop in 20 minutes it is worth it. On a 10 year old car I don't mind trying a cheaper product that doesn't really affect the car. But I warn you, if you are obsessed with quality, this is not the fix for you. I also removed the led angel eyes and went back to the original H8 bulbs. One of them would not work sometimes, and they were quite old. I think 7-8 years old. I think the halogen look is nostalgic at this point.

So you know they updated the 3rd brake light design. Even the OEM light needs trimmed - I just had to do it on mine.
