DIY: Hood Pins Install
Don't do it yourself!!! Unless you have experience, just get someone to do it. It'll be much easier. Finally got them working. Here's a pic. Locking hood pins.

Yep. I don't have to worry about the hood anymore. It was flapping really bad at high speeds.
