Unhappy New Shoes, I need your unbiased opinions!

Hey Guys,

So a while back I picked up some M style 19" rims for my e82. They were extremely way too big and wide (rubbing at almost every speed bump / dip in road). They were 8.5 and 9.5 respectively so you can imagine how far they stuck out.

I decided to downsize the wheels to 18" and they fit just right with the fenders, i practically have no rubbing now. They feel extremely comfortable and smooth on the road, and not heavy at all like my older rims. HOWEVER, I'm not sure how I feel about the style of them. I'm not sure if I like how they look at all and am thinking about going right back to OEM.

Let me know what you guys think. Be completely critical, I want to know your honest opinions! I know I can get the same style of the older ones 18x8 and 18x9 but since I live in the middle east, shipping them here will cost double the price, so I'm not sure if I want to make that plunge.

OLD RIMS 19"

NEW RIMS 18"

Like the look of the 19" wheels.
The 18" wheels just don't do it for me. they blend in to much and not a big fan of the spoke design.
If you could do the look of the 19" in an 18" that would look sweet
Just my opinion...

19" wheels weren't the right offset for your car man, that's all. There are plenty of similar options out there that will be proper for your fenders.

The 18" wheels you have on there now don't compliment your car at all.

I agree both sets just look out of place.

Sorry, the 18" are not worthy of your car

The new wheels look like they need to be cleaned... I like the look of the 19" wheel. But I wouldn't sacrifice ride quality for anything.
