Koni FSD with Eibach springs question

I just installed this setup and I'm getting a bang from the rear going over even subtle bumps.

I just ordered the Dinan rear bump stop kit. Should this fix the issue? Thanks!

I assume you double checked that everything was installed properly and tightened back up accordingly

Follow up: I installed the 10mm Dinan Rear Upper Shock Mount Kit today and the banging has stopped. That tells me the shocks weren't getting enough travel and now they are.

You will need an assistant to ride around with you to help pinpoint where the noise is coming from. Maybe even fold down the rear seats while driving - that will help you hear better.

Did you replace the suspension yourself? Did you replace all the aluminum alloy bolts? They are one time use. Another thought is the rear springs sit on rubber pads. Maybe one of them is not so new and is allowing the spring to move around. Jack up the car safely and start trying to move around them. Maybe tap them with a rubber hammer - until you hear the sound.

I've done pretty much all of that. I was going to put it on a lift today but the shop was closed. I wanted to just check tightness of every damn bolt I could find. Last night I removed the trunk liner and noticed that the "thing" that is number 10 in the diagram below is kinda just sitting in there. I was wondering if maybe, with the lowering of the car and the shocks being tight, that it is kinda flying up and making a hollow bang like I'm hearing. I wrapped it in a towel for my ride home so we'll see then:

I thought Koni FSD's were not supposed to be used with lowering springs? At least that is what Tire Rack says on their site.

Every time I see the FSDs packaged up they always package them with an Eibach Pro Kit. I've read that you can use the pro kit or the oem but nothing else. I hope I'm right?

I hope I am wrong, but maybe Gary can comment.
