We drive an extra 40 miles to get to our Porsche dealer for her 996 cause of crap like this (though not to that extreme). The closest dealer is famous for scratching and denting customer cars and then denying it happened in their lot. We were there watching one day when they pulled a lowered 996 out of the showroom (so they could get another car out of the back) and the driver went flying down the ramp to a horrid scraping noise. Sure enough when we went to look at it, the front was trashed.

Wow, if that were me and they did not put a custom ordered e93 in my drive in a month the dealer would be done in my town.

People who work at dealerships (service areas) just don't care and I really can't understand why. My only guess is that they have a complete lack of passion for what they do so why would they give a shit.
