wait wait wait wait.. the new LCI dont have the yellow reflector in the headlight? its clear? or is this the euro version? only thing im jelous about, rest is all minimal to no change

These cars are the European version. We may get an added reflector in the headlight like pre-lci or it may be like the e90 lci.

Is it safe to assume pricing will be the same? I got a quote on a Euro delivery a week ago and while I haven't pulled the trigger yet it's good enough that I can't turn it down. I really like the modest changes here and would opt for the new one but not at an extra couple $grand!

So I take it it's not LED Angel eyes. The rings are uneven in brightness... This is no real improvement from the pre LCI, esp if one gets' the Euro Bi-Xenons with amber-gone.

The light tube in the eyebrow is definitely LED.

How come the corona rights have two different brightness levels?

Very nice subtle update. I really like the new headlights and tail lights. I wonder how hard it's going to be to swap them onto pre-LCI 1ers.

This following picture shows an LCI 1 series with white LED corona rings & the video shows an LCI 1 series with halogen corona rings. It's possible that the white LED corona rings is an option.

As ugly as always...man, this body has about 10 years of life ? How many facelifts did they do on this one ? Will they ever make a bearable 1-series ? I'm beginning to lose my hope, although I like the concept of a 1-series.

I think the photo with the LED corona is just Photoshop. All the videos of LCI and 1M have halogen angel eyes that are uneven in brightness...

Doesn't look like they've addressed the cup holder issue. It's still useless so long as the arm rest covers it.

K..other than the differential and the semi-cooler looking front end, everything they did blows hard ass

The tail lights look like they came off a KIA now, my 2010's blow those halogen POS's away. The headlights look kinda meh, id rather just the halo's with a deleted amber. Doesnt look like they did anything to address the shit armrest which is my main complaint with this car, im sure theyll still rattle n vibrate all to hell no matter what you do. Doesnt look like they made any changes to the seat side bolsters or width either which is another issue I have with the 1er, the seats are not positioned perfectly centered with the pedals, so my left leg is always sitting ON the left bolster rather than beside it like my right leg does. Never had this issue with my GTI, legs sat center in the seat beside each bolster.

Not really huge things, but honestly they should have fixed the main trouble areas like the armrest, seat bolsters, and hpfp and left the rest alone mainly.

From my understanding,these are definitely LEDs in the LCI Headlights.

They should operate just like the LCI E92's,and F10 5 Series.

Basically in DRL Mode they illuminate a bright,crisp,white LED color.

Once the low-beams come up,the power(voltage) is dropped as with pre-LCI vehicles,so the Corona Rings appear a more yellow dull color.

Btw,I dunno if you all have noticed,but even on the newer E92's and F10's,the LEDs dont really look all that white in pictures.They almost look like they're not even LEDs,but In real life,they look MUCH whiter.

that's a good news, hope you're right. I hardly believe BMW would only change the tail-lights in order to match the rest of it's fleet and skip the headlights. it makes no sense. these should be white.
