Adaptive lights error
Guys,
I have an error with my adaptive lights where on start up I get a warning on my Nav saying "Warning - cornering light on the left failed". Now - the lights still work like normal lights and I really give no fark if they are adaptive or not. I would however, like this warning to be gone. Is this something that can be "coded" out (i.e. can the car be told that it just has normal lights, rather than adaptive ones so that the warning doesn't get thrown up)? If so, anyone in Bris able to do this? Happy to pay in whatever currency is going . Thanks for the help. Cheers, travis |

It's just your inside light needing replacing. I have that error since I replaced them with LED to match my 6K HID and angel eyes colour temperature.

Thanks for the suggestions guys.
I had the bulbs replaced and no dice - still get the error. Also, cannot adjust this in settings. From reading on a few US forums the control module for the adaptive lights is known to come loose / disconnect with a decent jolt from a pot hole etc. Most suggest replacing that. Still be keen if there is someone in Bris who could code the error out though.? |
