Sytner crawl Pistonheads and pic up cars that they then sell on for a massive premium. They did it with Alice's AW car.

BMWUK gave strict instructions to all dealers that speculation wasn't allowed. It's why the option to add 1M's to the AUC locator was removed as they were speculation on dealer principle cars. Dealers got their wrists slapped.

Totally agree on the "dealer principle cars" and the speculation bit, but this is now a car that they've procured from a private individual to resell. Dealers do this all the time, it's their bread and butter and I see it as "all above board". However, personally (and rather selfishly) I hope they struggle to sell it at that price.
