After seeing a picture of the ride height, it's definitely set too low. Be sure to replace that damaged filler tube that you patched up. You don't want that to turn into a bigger problem later.

Check out pictures of Larry's, Andy's, and Gotcone's cars with the same setup, and you'll see they are setup much higher.
while I dont disagree that the proper fix in your case is to raise the car, the fact still remains that the overall diameter has increased by 3/4 of an inch

On the track, the only weight inside was me and a passenger. Still, I think all of you are right- the rear suspension needs to be adjusted to it sits higher.
You must be exceeding the payload rating of the car, roof rack and rear suspension.

(roof) 180lb + (2 people) ~350-400lbs + (tools) ~200-250lbs + (luggage for 2) 75lbs > 794lbs

See specs from BMWusa.com, your tires will easily weigh over the roof rating, and with 2 people and tools, jack, etc..... You may want to consider a third axle (trailer).

Any way you can lighten the load during track days? Otherwise I'll suggest what other people have done.... Track day trailer and hitch, let the trailer take the weight.
