My brother-in-law is buying the car so I'm sure he'll join soon!

Is there any word on M2 dates and pricing? Is there anything about a CSL version, which was mildly rumoured?

I'm tossing up between this or a 30 year old 911!
Good to have you back Kamahl!! heaps of M2 info in 2Addicts.

http://www.2addicts.com/forums/index.php

M2 SOP is Nov 15. Based on info to date, M2 CSL appears to be weight reduction exercise but no one knows for sure. I thought you had already jumped into a P car sometime back?
M2 speculation feels like the wait for 1M! Definitely hope it has the same character and doesn't get bloated.

Have had few other cars but got rid of most because I wasn't driving them at all. No real roads here and I got into karting which trumps the track!

Want an old 911 now. Something that's fun to drive slow! Waiting for the right one to turn up.

Are you going to jump on a M2?

Saw a LeMans blue/black manual 135i at the last Motor show Brisbane had (07/08?). Ordered same a few months later and it turned up on my birthday in Oct 08. A couple of weeks later I left the country for two months in South America/Antarctica. The week after I got home I got nabbed on my mate's Ducati 749R doing 102 on Mt Mee Hwy. In a 60 zone. While overtaking on double lines... Went to court to plead to keep my licence. Judge agreed and gave me 1 point for the next three years Haven't lost a point since

Wasted a lot of time on this site & made a lot of friends. Got to meet and be thrashed by many of you at tracks including; QR, Lakeside & Hidden Valley (thanks again alik01!). Still have the car and have just racked up 43,000km Very few issues - except the brakes keep falling apart.

Same as some others, it may take a Cayman or M2 to get me out of the 135. Or a 2nd hand 911... M2's gonna need to be pretty special though to be better than a modded 135.
