Tires are not mounted.

Also for packaging, they would be shipped as they were to me, meaning double boxed for the wheels and no box for the tires.

When editing the first post, click on the the "Go Advanced" button, at the bottom of the editing box. you can change the external thread title from there, in the "Title" box

Yeah, for some reason, that only changes the title of the first post, not the thread. I don't get it.
