2008 BMW 135i

Well-maintained, fully loaded, manual BMW 135i convertible with 97,600 miles. Miles will increase slightly as I drive the car occasionally. Clean title and service records from the dealership. All maintenance is up to date.

Clutch was recently replaced. The car shifts great.

Pretty rare to find one with all these options and a manual transmission.

Nice car, and a very desirable package. I would recommend listing it on BaT. You should be able to do better than what you are asking.

I disagree. I bought my 2010 with 83k, white with Coral red, coupe manual for 11.5k this year from a dealer. When I was shopping, convertibles we’re a dime a dozen and none were going for 14+…This is way too much for 2008 convertible at that mileage. 10-11k is more like it.

Maybe, maybe not. I used to think houses in a $450-$500K range would take a few years to exceed $600k. Then in just a few weeks, one sells for $920K. Can never tell what sparks people to spend their money.

I checked Autotrader before posting and similar
ones in my area were going for between 18-20k. So I thought I priced competitively

I will say that yours is a VERY clean example and has all the expensive maintenance done so you may get your asking price, I was just playing devils advocate. Beautiful car and glws, I hope that beauty goes to a good home.

I think you just haven't found your audience yet. Convertibles are tough. Most want them with automatics so you don't have the advantage of the same audience that will pay $2,000 more for a stick coupe than they will for an automatic coupe when KBB says it should be the other way around.

I sent your information to a longtime friend who owned an original 2002 back in the '70s.
I knew he was looking for a convertible and even he wanted an automatic!

If this was a 128i coupe with the same equipment and miles it would have been sold already. The reason your interior is in such good shape is that it is full leather, not the "partial" leather used in later years. Just hang in there. If it gets much cheaper, I may have to buy it—even if I already own six BMW convertibles.
