BMW trackday

The BMW club of Brisbane is having a trackday at Lakeside this Friday the 29th.

1 series are great to fang around a track and punch above thier weight.

You dont have to be a member to participate. These days are a great opportunity to experience " Pure Driving Pleasure" without the fear of a speeding ticket or worse.

There is no pressure to break a lap record and all that is required is a helmet.

No need for special tyres or brake pads - Just make sure you have enough of both.

Lakeside is a great track to do a first trackday, as it much more interesting and isnt hard on the car like queensland raceway is.

How often do you hold these events? I've never been to one before and won't be able to make the 29th July event but perhaps a future date...

About 6 times a year.

Only one 1 series at the trackday tomorrow. Mind you he is one of the quickest

Lots of 3,s even a couple of 4,s

Ended up with 4 x 1 series attending.Thanks to those that made the effort.

As usual they punched above thier weight with Vince from Rencal motors in his 135 looking like producing the fastest time.
I will post up the official sheet once it is posted for those interested.
