2008 135i For Sale - 6MT, 53k miles, Sparkling Graphite/Coral Red
I am selling my 2008 BMW 135i. It is a manual and has the rare and highly desirable color combination of sparkling graphite metallic over coral red interior with glacier silver trim. Sparkling graphite metallic was only made in 2008 and is very distinctive, as it almost looks different colors depending on the lighting. I am the second owner. I bought it in the summer of 2012 with 30k miles after the original owner traded it in to a Volvo dealership to buy a family car. When I bought it, the only mods were different pedals and it had been de-badged. When I bought it, I quickly had major maintenance performed and also made a few minor mods. At 31k miles, I had a major service at Bimmerworks in West Chester, PA. They changed the transmission fluid, power steering fluid, changed oil and filter, changed brake fluid, changed coolant, changed differential fluid, and replaced the air filters. In addition, I bought Breyton GTS-R wheels (black with red stripe, with tire pressure sensors and BMW center caps) with Continental Extreme Contact DWS tires, 225 in front and 255 in rear. I had Devon Hill BMW perform an alignment when they installed the wheels and repair the third brake light under warranty. I also installed had a Berk Race Axelback exhaust, LCI Blackline taillights, smoked side markers, BMW short shift kit with ZHP shift knob, 30% tint, and I had the clutch delay valve removed. However, there are no engine modifications. At 37k miles, Devon Hill BMW changed the oil and performed the battery cable recall repair. At 42k miles, VAC Motorsports changed the oil, changed brake fluid, and replaced spark plugs. At 47,600 miles, Devon Hill BMW changed the oil. As you can see, the car has been very well maintained. It has never been in an accident. I also drive it very carefully. I am careful to make sure it's warm before exceeding 3k RPM and letting it cool down before shutting it off. I rarely drive it aggressively, which is one of the reasons I am selling it. It has never been raced or tracked. It is in perfect working order except that the parking brake needs to be adjusted as it sometimes takes two or three pulls before it engages. It should be an easy fix which I haven't gotten a chance to have addressed. The interior is in really great shape, almost new. The exterior is in good shape, although not perfect. There is a chip in the hood which you can see in the photos. It was there when I bought it and never felt the need to have it fixed. Please note that the car was slightly dirty when I took the pictures and the lighting wasn't really great either. The tires on the Breyton wheels have 6/32 tread in the front and 2/32 tread in the rear. The PA inspection is good till 7/16 as I just had it inspected. The options include: - premium package - sport package - navigation - USB/aux input - Comfort access - heated seats I love the car but am looking to sell it to get something more practical. I am possibly open to trades (MT only), but probably not. I am selling the car without the wheels, exhaust, carbon fiber rear diffuser, or blacklines, but am willing to negotiate them in. I am giving the buyer the first right of refusal. The oem wheels and tires are in very good shape, with two of the wheels having slight curb rash. They are on the OE run-flats. The Breyton wheels are in perfect condition with no curb rash at all. I have all the stock parts and I have all service records since I bought the car and both sets of keys. I am located in Phoenixville, PA, about 15 min away from King of Prussia. Price is $19,800. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks for looking!
