This is currently the best IC I have seen to date and performance too, outperforms the wagner evo comp 2.

This was on a third run on a dyno with a back to back pull

Virtually no rise in inlet temps and the core is tube and fin and extremely light

Car is making around 400 rwk on e85

Too scared to, that thing weights a ton

Our cars aren't designed to drive with big counter weights hanging of the front

I'm not saying its not good but seriously hanging that much weight of plastic which was not design to do so

This inter-cooler is suspended using its own brackets and does not rely on the factory plastic to hold it up at all
and weights almost half the weight and runs a relocated power steering cooler with more than twice the cooling capacity
of the stock factory system

So your not only getting a far superior IC but a far superior power steering cooler.

The best part about this system there is no bumper bar cutting but some trimming of the radiator support is needed like with all IC
and unlike most aftermarket IC's the factory air temp sensor retains the stock location.

You can have a choice of color Polished, raw, or any color you wish for a small fee inc stealth black.

I tried, and ran into some fitment issues. I have the correct part in hand, and should be installing shortly.

Here are some more pics from doing my friends car today

Some car porn for you and the scales tip at 7.7kg for the IC

The whole IC is tube and fin made by a US company which the supplier wont tell me which one, trade secret I guess.

Such a nice finish

Thanks to JD75 from JDTuning

They offer two units, 3" stepped and 1" stepped. Which one were you looking at?

One thing I like about the AD intercooler is that they made it Deeper increasing the core without blocking additional surface area of the radiator. Inital impressions of the AD unit are it fits well, and AD's fabrication techniques are very good. The car does feel noticeably faster, weather this is down to lower charge temps or by eliminating the outlet restrictions by being 3" all the way to the TB (charge pipe is extra), I don't know yet.

Anyone interested, my cobb IC and ER charge pipe are for sale, and am willing to cut a good deal on both. They helped me make 406whp and 457wtq.

As promised the same IC as before but fitted to my 1M

No cutting to the front bar at all but trimming is required to front apron.

Comes with an upgraded power steering cooler to replace the crappy oem unit.

This kit looks so oem and the attention to detail is unprecedented.

You have to see it in real life to appreciate the quality of this kit.

This kit is BMW 1m specific and a little different to the 135i to retain the oem look.

Stealthy (not to mention Sexy as hell )in black . . . well done.

I still love my AD!

Fully supported by factory upper brackets, does not "sit" on the undertray or bodywork.

Not very stealthy, wish I had it anodized black . . . Damn! LOL

I am not worried about the extra 5 lb.

The only thing that worries me with the ad kit is the pissy little screws that support of the plastic apron

They could have come up with something a little stronger, it should hold it and most probably will but I personally wouldn't be completely happy with it.

But it's a good bit of gear otherwise
