I think the side repeaters look much better. And as was said, no models in BMW's lineup currently have the mirror indicators. I agree that's more of a MB thing.

I'm one of those who think mirror side indicators are actually a much better and elegant design, for the following reasons:
- No need to cut a whole in the fender - They are sticking out more, which makes them more visible from more angles/situations - If placed correctly, drivers won't be distracted by them - They make the non-reflective side of the mirror useful, functional - Just because another manufacturer (Benz, or whichever) came with this idea, doesn't mean it needs to be automatically rejected. No "not invented here" syndrome in the BMW world, please. So while I'd welcome this onto future BMW designs, I won't loose any sleep over it, since the current fender repeater works reasonably well for its intended purpose. In other words, I don't thing the side fender repeated needs urgent fixing, like some other things (runflats, iDrive, styling, etc.).
