Help with radio/CD malfunction:

All of a sudden the H/K radio in my wife's 135i lost all audio. The controls seem to operate, but nothing results in sound. I've tried the battery disconnect re-set to no avail. My search on this forum didn't help me this time. Any suggestions before we do the 100 mile trip to the dealer?

after a week.....radio just started working again.

The car gremlins got bored and decided to take their trickery elsewhere.
