What colour do you want?

If you just want white light, literally any aftermarket LED globe should suit your needs. Due to the design of the headlight, the inner rings will be significantly brighter than the outer rings. There are countless options on eBay for $20-$50.

If you're really bothered by the inner ring being brighter than the outer, Lux Angel Ayes are the best. By far, they have the most even light dispersion between inner and outer rings. They are significantly more expensive than other options though.

I bought some white LED bulbs from eBay that I paid about AU $50 for. They're good. I like the white colour they give off but it does annoy me that the outer ring is so much dimmer than the inner. If I were to do it again, I would just spend the extra $150 for the Lux.

How much time did you spend searching? It's the first match on google.

More importantly, be extra careful replacing the bulbs. If you don't put the covers back on perfectly you'll get moisture in the housing and ruin the components for the adaptive headlights, and those parts add up to thousands of dollars.

I knew of lux and I knew they fit but I wasn't sure if they work with adaptive headlights since I couldn't seem to find any info on that, that was my main concern but thanks for the link
