M1 bumper install

I'm sorry if this thread exist some where. I'm new to the forum and just got a 2012 135 i m-sport. I'm trying to find what needs to be changed to install the M1 Bumper. Is it a direct swap on the 135? What needs to be changed? Also best place to purchase these bumpers? Any suggestions is appreciated or a link to the original thread. I searched it but to no avail
