Temperature Sweetspot
Something I notice today, ambient temperature was showing 21.5. And the car was absolutely amazing. Engine is smooth and love the throttle, tyres are working great, and the clutch silky smooth.
Not sure if anyone had noticed that certain days the car just drive so much better?

I haven't noticed, but I would imagine that the engine should perform better when the ambient temp is cooler. Haven't driven my car in anything above probably 26 deg, so can't comment on how it goes in hot weather.

Ambient temp makes a bigger diference to aspirated engines as they are stuck with the amount of air that God gives em. The FMIC in turbo cars does counter a bit for ambient temp, so it makes less of a difference...but the difference is still there no matter what. |

Anything below 15oC. No lag, heaps of power, response etc etc. Turbo cars love cold weather. The engines suck in a lot of air so if the air is cooler and denser (due to the intercooler being able to cool to ambient easier), you will notice it.
