Please Help: Quarter Panel Window Removal
I am installing shadow line trim and will be replacing the rear windows.
Does anyone know how they come out or what needs to be done? Thanks Oh and I have an e82 128i. |

From what I understand the windows need to come out for the trim replacement, correct? This would be beyond the scope of my DIY. I'd take it to a auto glass shop, as they'll need to be cut out (they use urethane to adhere them to the body).

The back of the replacement window looks like it would use the same material as a windshield to bond it to the car.
I can try uploading a picture when I get home later today. This is a bummer because I already removed the large trim piece |
