I'm looking for a good tuner in the Houston or Austin area? Much Thanks!

What kind of tuning do you want? If you want a full custom flash, then Secret Services in Houston is where you need to go. However i have to wonder why not use a JB4 / Procede or Cobb since they all work so damn well these days.
