128i Negotiating Info Required
Hey guys,
I think I finally succeeded in convincing my dad to get a new 128i. We will be going to the stealership in a couple of weeks, and I was wondering how much can he negotiate below msrp. With the current situation I would expect to get a pretty great deal. I don't know if this matters when it comes to negotiating, but he will be paying for the car in cash. Your feedback is greatly appreciated  Thanks! |

Make sure there are no excessive dealer fees. Some give you a great price off MSRP and then nickel and dime you back up with things like prep and excessive documentation fees. Good luck.
Here's mine. |

When I got my GTI a few years back I did all my negotiating online. I went to edmunds.com and spec'd out the car I wanted then emailed it to a few dealerships. They responded with offers and I took the lowest and emailed it to the other dealerships to give them a chance to beat it. One did and that was that! |
