I've been feeling a lag issue too. kinda almost like the car is hesistant when you get on the gas.

What are your mods, what fuel, and what tune are you using. Timing is a mess IMO, if you're on 93 octane or below you're asking to pop your engine with that much timing. Fuel looks ok. Boost target is weird.
