I've been using the same iPod in my last 2 cars and had no issues at all...

Spotted your car at the meet yesterday. I have the other 1M that was there. Would've been good to have a chat but I had no idea who owned which car haha. Sounded nice when you left.

Sorry I missed you mate. Your car looked great. I was looking around but didn't spot the owner..you!

Cool plate btw and I like your wheels too. Have you lowered your car?

Perhaps next time. I might try to make the Cavalino meet next Sunday. Otherwise I should be at the next Zen's meet as I live practically just around the corner.

Thank you. Yep, lowered on Eibach springs.

You should. I live close by too. I pop around every now and then because I'm mates with one of the owners of Zen. Hopefully catch you next time!

1M went drifting again last night (well, trying to anyway )

Had a great time with Ian, Alex and Corey...the N54 domination. We missed Zuzu!

Thanks mate.
The parking spot was unfortunately not great for pics. I spoke to one of the Zen guys and they will look into getting more open spaces next time for more cars to be displayed.

Quang.... Mate awesome video, my wife just wanted to watch it over & over to see your sons expression.
Thanks for the snippet, it was a common theme of going round & round all night instead of drifting. Going to put my name down for the burrows day though in August!

Thanks Corey. It's great to be able to learn car control and having a bit of a hoon in a safe place, and it's not too hard on the car. Alex is still smiling when I talk about his experience in the passenger seat.

Burrows day is great, very relaxed and great day to drool over other people cars.

Picked up a set of track wheel and tyre for the occasional track days without destroying my street tyres.

18" Advan RS and Advan A050.

I got these 2nd handed. The fronts are 245/40/18 and rears are 265/35/18. Got 15mm spacers on the rear.

Are you at the drag strip?

Nice Quang. Them some pricey 'track' wheels! How come didn't choose something around the 2k landed mark? i.e. APEX? These have better offsets?

Thanks Pete. Unfortunately, I'm one of those impulse buyers.

Yeah fair enough mate I know exactly how you feel. Track wheels are great to have and you seem to do way more track work than me so it's worth it. Just stay out of them gravel traps and don't trail people who like to cut the corners too tight as you wont be happy with the stone chips! Clear bra time? Quick hit that PAY NOW button

Would you believe it but I have actually only done 1 track day with my 1M to date? but have done a few skid pan sessions which didn't really do anything harm to tyres. I used to do a lot more track days with my Audi RS4, quattro is much safer for newbies like myself on the track.

I did have clear bra film on but took them all off after 18 months or so, it started to yellow (and I don't even park outdoor much) and looked terrible. They are better suited for dark coloured cars.
