Driving on 30ff

How bad is it for the car to be driving with a 30ff code? Have the infamous waste gate rattle but can't get it fixed for a little while.

As long as you don't really get into the throttle, it shouldn't be an issue for daily driving. My girlfriend's mother's car had the same underboost code and she drove the car for 10 months with the issue. Now all is fixed.
