Izzo says:
BMW USA will not release the cars till 3/22 as Larry mentioned +1. My dealer and the BMW operator I spoke with this evening say the cars will not be released until the 22nd of March--darn. Well, am just happy that production started today.

i think the release date evens it out for ppl in MW and in SE because this way there is plenty of time to ship it to you guys while the NE cars are just chillin at the prep center. March 22 is so close I can almost smell spring... Probably cuz it was 62 in Nyc the other day
Chris what camera do you have? Trying to save for d80 maybe I will just get the d40

alright I have a question for you guys that live on the 800 number. I called but just listened to the automated thing. so my question is, is the automated thing inaccurate or just slow to be updated. the automated thing said my car is in production and has an estimated time of completion of January 16. what do you guys think :iono:

If you want to know the instant changes occur, or shortly thereafter, you need to talk to one of the very helpful humans.

Hey, what's everybodies' opinion on using the last 7 digits of our VINs, so we will know the sequence of build? Do you think that would be a security issue?

I believe so, just not quiet as timely has having someone manually check the latest info. At least that's my experience.

Weber you def should have a vin since your build is done Jan 16th which I think is the earliest one on the board most of us have the 24th.
Iluv hope you do get that resolved! That would be an odd color combo!
