funny, porn is always easy for me to search too! my wife is always amazed at that! hahaha.

I am having HPF do the engine install, but wanted to see what info i could gather myself and doesnt seem to be a lot out there. If i drill myself, you bet that entire piece is coming off!! no plastic debris in my engine!

thanks for the response!

No problem.

yeah, the N55 meth search is coming up pretty poorly. I'll leave that search for bryce or someone else who might have a better idea, i was looking on one of the vender sites too and saw nothing concerning it.

LOL, aparently my girlfrined is becoming efficient at searching porn. No input from me, but she has to pass the time between seeing me as i only see her about 2 times a week

lol that just shows my knowledge of anything after 2008 n54s

he'll be disappointed when he sees how many posts have been made, i think he was a little bored with nobody asking questions earlier

he's done an awesome job keeping up with peoples questions in here.

hey tim, my advice (since i know you're waiting for the hpf charge pipe) is to try and locate a spare stock charge pipe that you can drill a meth bung (or 2) into. check getbmwparts.com or junk yards, they can't be all that expensive. that way, you'll have the stock one in case of dealer visits or when you part out to sell your car

either that, or (i know this is blasphemy) buy another brand charge pipe to run until the HPF one is released. you should be able to sell the other brand with no issues.

Nice, congrats!!!

does she think you're car nuts?

My girlfriend isn't a big fan of me playing in my car..... it's a bit sad. She doesn't care what i do in my own time, but when she's around i have to behave in it. Thats the only time she asks me to behave....

hey man, how's it going?

street system is a traditional muffler in the axle back portion. race is a muffler delete section, it's much louder. they both feature the same mid-pipes with resonators

Still dragging my feet on exhaust haha you?

It says not recommended for daily use is that just because it is loud? Also this gets rid of the CAT on the n55 right? The stealership told me if I got rid of the cat it would void my exhaust warranty, but im not too worried about it.

lol i'm still running the stock exhaust w/ downpipes. the n55 doesn't have secondary cats, just a cat in the downpipe. so, either exhaust would work in regards to your dealership. i've heard the berk muffler delete in person (friend has one on his 135i) and it sounds AMAZING! it's loud as hell though, so be warned. since you're going to be on teh stock downpipe for a while, the muffler delete might not be a bad way to go

Has anyone heard of these midpipes or have them on their car? I wanted to get these midpipes and a berk muffler delete....maybe too loud and raspy?

it's not that popular of midpipes, but from the looks of it it'll probably be a little louder than say berk or cp-e (resonated). the icarbon midpipes don't appear to have resonators.
