hehe, they trash LUX pretty hard about this and to see you have the same issue is funny.
try this thread: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1086352 we have small headlight housings, its all about positionin those boxes whether its LUX, e92, or whatever in a spot where they dont touch the headlight motor

I tried the position below, removed the one 'peg', and have had zero issues since. Edit: Re-read your post. Do you mean you put the factory bulbs back in, and still have ADH errors? Could be 1 of 2 things; unrelated issue like moisture or a foreign object damaging the control module or jamming the headlight, or the car isn't trying to move the lights since it thinks they are jammed. Try disconnecting the battery, or unplugging the headlight for a bit. Once re-connected the car should try the normal auto-level procedure if the modules are working correctly. Quote:
