MHD Troubleshooting help?

Hi All,

Total noob, and confirmed Luddite here. Trying to use MHD, with limited success.

Set to stage 1 at my shop. At home, I was able to adjust a couple settings and reflash at stage 1. I decided I didn’t like the option I chose and tried to redo it. I used the same procedure but it failed.

Then I flashed back to stage 0 without any problems.

When I tried again to set it to stage 1 it failed again.

Here’s what I’m doing. Maybe I’m still missing a step? But I don’t understand why it works sometimes and not others.

Key in ignition
Press start twice for accessories on
Turn all accessories off
Plug in MHD adapter
Shut door
On phone. Airplane mode
Connect to MHD wireless
Launch MHD app
Choose options
Write
App shows Connected to dme.
Nothing happens

Any ideas?
