Would an Import-Style Muffler Look Good?
Like the title says, do you guys think an import-style muffler would look good?
I'm thinking of making something custom. It would be non-titanium, but it would look pretty similar... I kinda like the look, especially since we drive a TT car, it reminds me of all the TT cars of the past (skyline, supra etc) Like the Dixis exhaust but without the titanium tip. *Edit*: before i get bashed for being a ricer and just doing it for the looks, technically it would have the least amount of bends since its angled, which means it would be the best flowing if i went 3"..Prob not a huge difference, but regardless it will be slightly better.

you drive a euro car not a jdm car. if you did get the dixis i won't be saying that though cause ti is hot.

looks is a preference thing, but look at the clearance!! it's at most 3" off the ground. you'll be missing a muffler real fast.

But I have to agree with the above post about clearance. Lowering your car, or driving over speed bumps, or lowering and driving over speed bumps would be difficult, in some cases impossible.

its a little ricey to do though
especially when you have to point it sideways like that it looks great on jdm cars but on euros.... we gotta have them quads! lol

It's only gonna look right if you do the JDM theme all the way around. Advan RZ's anyone?

As far as i know, you have to get it directly from DIXIS in japan. Cost for just the axle-back is near $2,500 if I remember correctly... Which is why I'm thinking of getting it custom made with an apexi n1 style muffler or something
I know its very japanese in terms of styling, but dual tips are just to damn common. I couldn't justify quad tips on a car with an Inline 6. To me, quad tips on a 135 is ricey. I actually wish we had the same dual single-tip setup as the 335s, I think that would look really nice. Keep the votes comin! maybe if we get enough people that are interested we could contact an exhaust company or something

and you are right. It would def. look out of place on a stock car. I would need to get some coilovers and these
