Quite a few Savanna Beige interiors. It's a sharp combination and I'd do it if I thought it would hold up in the long run, but I know from experience what will happen in my case. I'm leaning Terra, but need to make up my mind. The order has to go in soon.

Here's another shot, in the garage. Sorry for the mess & the oversized barbecue grill. SGM looks swoopy and sophisticated in all sorts of light, and the Coral interior is just enough of a kick in the head that people go "whoa!"

The IROC banner was a consolation prize from the Olde Days. What I really wanted to do was turn right on my way out of the infield at Mid-Ohio and take a post-race lap of my own. While I was explaining this deeply felt personal dream to Security, my buddy walked around behind him & got the banner.
I'm a sucker for all "Welcome Race Fans" banners, because they're always the first thing you see as you near an event. I make it a rule always to buy something from the very first restaurant/liquor store/convenient mart on the route to a race that's displaying a "Welcome Race Fans" banner.

My SGM 135i just left Stuttgart and I have about another month to go. These pictures are a mixed blessing. It's great to see it but makes the last few weeks of waiting take even longer.

Wow, just wow. I'm so glad I ordered SGM. I'm coming from Jet Black which I like but, wanted lower maintenance. SGM just looks classy and sharp.

Hmm, I think the 261M wheel definitely looks better with SMG. I'm not at all sure it's worth an extra $1500 (in the US), but they are nicer. I'm going to use the stock 264s as winter wheels.
What to do, what to do? Hopefully **********s will finish test fitting the CSL reps for the 1 series soon and make that an option.

I like the 264 wheels better. That car looks great as is. Mine is the same... when I get it mid-July (it's still sittting at the dock of bay)
For Winter I'll purchase 17's. |

When I first saw the 261M, I preferred them over the 264 to the point where I was seriously thinking about paying the premium for the 261M switch. Over time, I came to really appreciate the look of 264, especially with SGM. |

Hey, what else can I do while waiting for mine to get built? How about imagining it with CSLs?
