Squeaky/HELP

So as u guys are well aware we had a bit of rain this past weekend, and here in CT that rain fell and stayed where it was, now most of the puddles were shallow and not a problem, until i cam across one close to my house, now when i left my house it was small but when i came back it was much bigger, so i first "tested the waters" drove in a little bit but then saw that my car would become a boat and i didnt want to be "that GUY' so i turned around and found another route home. But today i was driving, windows down, radio off and i heard a a squeaking from my wheels? Whats is this? btw doesnt happen when i brake
