Lots of 2008 135i stuff up for grabs

USD 1.00

Hi All -

After taking a 135i apart, I've got a bunch of stuff that maybe somebody out there could use. I will continue to dig stuff up and update the list below. Look for posts in the thread for initial pics (I can get more/closer pics upon request).

135i brake parts - Used front and rear calipers. New and used rotors. New and used Hawk racing and track pads
- front rotors: 3 pair- 1 pair almost new, 2 pairs used with micro cracks from racing, 1 a little more used than the other
- rear rotors: 1 pair almost new
- front pads: 1 pair Hawk DTC 70 new, 1 pair slightly used (paint peeling off back), 3 sets used (1 pair can go in the front calipers)
- rear pads: 1 pair Hawk DTC 60 new, 1 pair slightly used, 2 pair new Turner blue race pads (not sure what they were back then - I'll have to dig up info) and a bunch of used where I can pick the best 2 to put in the rear calipers.

Windows and window motors

Various interior trim / seat pieces

Side curtain air bags

Contact me if you're looking for something and I can see if I have it. I can ship some stuff, but not interested in shipping something like windows

I'll start collecting more stuff this weekend to take pics of. Also, for some reason, PMs sent from my laptop aren't working, so I'll send messages from work during the day.

Hi All -

Thanks for the contacts. I'll see if I can get some pics of the brake calipers before I head to COTA and then after COTA, I should be able to pull out a bunch of stuff and see what all I have.

Rats - I could have also brought the headliner. I saw this today and the rig left yesterday AM. I think some rotors are in the trailer and I could ship pads.

Thanks for the patience guys - we had a great weekend racing at COTA with a win and 2 seconds in the M3.

I'll start with the calipers / Rotors. I'll get a brake pad count tonight with more pics. I also will load a pic I took of the used front rotors

Front calipers are very heat discolored. They do work, but the piston seals are cooked. Early on, when nobody had proper pads and we were chipping the ceremic tops, we had the pistions replaced with StopTech aluminum pistons. Stoptech does carry the seals to rebuild.

Rear calipers -no where near as cooked. Working. May also have StopTech aluminum pistons (I'll look)

Front Rotors - I have 3 pair total. 1 pair was put on before the season, but not really driven on, so almost new. The other 2 pair are both used with with the small cracks in rotor surface, 1 pair more used than the other. Rear rotors - 1 pair almost like new
Almost new front and rears

Used raced front rotors (pic coming - I mistakenly loaded 2 pics of the newer ones)

used front rotors

Assortment of brake pads

Tops of the rear seat in Leatherette

Rear deck with speakers and bottom of back seat (good for leatherette material only - we used 1 section to repair a section on an e39 front seat)

OEM rear diff cover

A/C compressor, driver belt, washer pumps and hoses

mirror, hatch pulls, sunroof seal, rear dome light, fwd dome/sunroof control, baby seat anchors

sub-woofers, b-pillar covers, rear area covers

door armrests, rear headrests, woofer covers, rear armrests, oh Sh!t handles, doors handles (wood), passenger window control

seat belts, 2 air bag electronic control boxes, 2 air bags (very long - probably side curtain)

oem airbox file, interior plastic bits and an electronic box

close-up of bits and box

driver's side window

passenger side window

OEM radiator

Getting to more stuff. Oh, for the person looking for ashtray cover, I found a box with a lot of interior stuff that I will pull out and photo next

Cabin filter assembly

More cabin filter assembly

e90 M3 front sway bar

e92 M3 front sway bar

What looks to be a 135i front sway bar

I think this is a UUC development sway bar. It could work for one of the modern cars, but it needs a plate bolted on that extends the link lower on the car so it can't flip around

Various interior stuff and I think some may be from an e90 M3 - seat belts, dome lights, dash trim (135i), clutch pedal, sun visors, 135i rear sway bar end links
