If you reach out to HKP tuning and ask about this extension kit that mounts on the opposite side, you might be able to get another hose to go with it to expand oil cooling capacity.

Hmmm, would be tough to daisychain that one from the factory E9x M3 oil cooler I'm using now. Would require a lot of custom work to fit. I think I'll probably just get a setrab cooler that better fits in my front bumper hole. I found that a large portion of my oil cooler is hidden behind the lower portion of the front bumper (you can see it in the front end pic I posted earlier). If I can get a cooler that fits in that opening, the airflow/heat exchange will be MUCH better.

Oh wow, yeah, I hadn't noticed it is tucked in the bottom like that. Almost looks like you could just move the E9x M3 cooler you have up below the actual bumper and it would get proper air flow across it.

Yeah, and seeing it with the bumper off, you quickly see that there's no real easy way to just relocate it. The M3 hoses aren't that easy to move around. There is a company that makes -AN adapters for the oil cooler lines so I can then run custom lines/hoses to any cooler I want. Eventually I'll go this route.

Really? I could not find anything when I built mine. I had some adapter blocks made up:

Those look pretty good. The ones I found were from Rogue engineering, cost is low too, but then you need oil cooler lines. Not hard to make a set though. I just need to map out the right Setrab unit and then build some brackets.

Slight tangent, but when using your Quick Jack do you use jack pad adaptors, or do the rubber lifting blocks spread the weight across evenly enough you don't need them?

Oh yeah, nice. Those definitely didn't exist when I built mine. I elected to keep as much hard line as possible since they have to route around some belts and pullies.

I ended up with a generic CSF core that I made a bracket for that seals off most of the flow in the lower opening, and then ducts down and out the bottom like the stock M3 air path. Works mint.

Awesome, would love to see some photos if you have them. I'm by no means tied to the Setrab, that's just the first website I started perusing..

I use the square rubber blocks that came with the QJ setup, and then the 4 factory blocks that plug into the underside of the car. I don't use any sort of adapters. I figure two square blocks on top of each other is pretty stable. The QJ blocks are quite a bit larger than the factory jack pads, so they get complete contact. And being lifted evenly at all 4 corners, not sure how much more stable it can get. The QJ setup was honestly some of the best money I've ever spent...
