Anyone used an iPhone app called Laptimer?

Hi All - I went on a track day yesterday and downloaded an app called Laptimer that is supposed to do everything AND record video. Buggered if I could get it to work. If anyone is or has used it and has a link to an online manual i'd be most appreciative.
