Vivid has let me know they have been trying to contact icarbon to find out whats going on but cannot get hold of them.

most likely since it is overseas shipping and going so far away they are waiting for the reinforced boxes to arrive for packing. I know speaking to Andy that overseas stuff is packed differently and with more expensive reinforced boxes. It will get there...and in perfect condition

ha, thanks! just easier for me to stay in contact with them being state side you know. they are pretty solid group at iCarbon and are motivated to make things perfect and last thing they want is damaged products in shipping. I think the reinforced boxes got there today or will tomorrow am.

I got the diffusor today and it had a large crack in the clear coat on the left side. Rebecca at VividRacing was awesome and contacted iCarbon to let them know what happened. They're shipping another diffusor to me.

VividRacing is great for responding back to me so quicky and I'm glad iCarbon is making things right. The product looks fantastic and I was disappointed it was cracked (due to shipping) but these two companies are stepping up to replace the diffusor.

I think the fitment is fairly good. I only say fairly because I personally had to "stretch" the thing to make it fit into place. As you can kinda see by the pics, the splitter isnt super tight fitting but its not loose where i regret buying it or wouldn't recommend it. Also do to the 'loose' fitment the clips did snap out of place after a long drive... nothing to worry since its screwed in through the bottom and all i had to do was re-clip them in place. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase

Pictures look great^^. Did you bolt down the diffuser before you snapped it in place? There's no reason why it should be fitting loose as you describe. Did you install it yourself or with a helper? We have an install video on youtube that might be of some assistance.

Yea, i pretty much followed that video by myself and without help. When I say it's loose, I meant exactly what you guys described in the video before finishing the last clip on the left side. I guess I didn't snap the middle clips in well enough? O well ez fix lol just snap it back in place.

Sounds like you have a V2. I have a V1, and the weave on yours looks similar to mine. I thought the V2 would somehow have a more flawless, seamless weave. It's currently fine, but just not to the ridiculous level of BMW Performance. This is just the perfectionist in me talking...can't beat the prices for these parts.

yeah i haven't seen ne bmw perf. parts in person so i cant relate to the seamless weave ur talking about

but for the price icarbon has this bad boy for its top notch

Ladies and gentleman,

Rest of the tracking numbers should be going out between today and tomorrow. If you don't see movement don't panic, our fedex guy could only take soo many iCarbon boxes with him. (yes, he hates us!).

i quess i am last.......i no the wait in gonna be worth it,,,,but i have no energy left to worry about it anymore...The dudes at ICarbon have been great and open with me, but this long a wait is taking the ......out of me.....but i am sure once the Dry Diffuser is on my car all this will be worth it...As well as the Kidney Grills and the otherCF item i just bought from them....ICarbon makes some fine goodies.....i just want them on my car..
