Leaving deposit soon

Hi all,

I test drove a 135i the other day after long consideration. I have never drove a BMW before but I just had to get this car, steering feel means a lot to me, driving a 350z MT and a mercedes B200 AT I need the best of both worlds in a car, also living in Sydney we have a lot of traffic so really over manual.

Impressed is a bit of an understatement, I have driven faster cars but nothing as refined, I felt like a child on xmas for the rest of the day.

Going black on oyster but havent decided on Glacial Silver or Black trim.

Getting most the options, not Active Steering and a couple of others.

I plan on keeping this car for a long time, and I know I will get attached to this car, especially when I discovered its fine brake modulation at a round about on the test drive.

Welcome to the forum.
You won't regret owning this car! Glad you are making this move.
Out of curiosity, you could not find one at a dealer to purchase? I am not familiar with your market so i am asking.

Good luck either way!

Thanks, the stock they have at the moment is early 2011, steering paddle revision non LCI, not sure what engine those have. I think the 1st lot of LCI are coming in november as I havent seen one in person.

Seems the dealerships either order in every option which get sold very quickly or they miss crucial options such as having HK but without satnav.

From what I see on the road 9/10 1 series are hatchbacks.

Welcome and you will enjoy the car. I just made the move recently from a 350z myself, which was a great car as well, but I had to have the 135 after my first drive and I do not regret decision one bit.
