How about you have your friend spray it for you? Black spokes with silver outer ring?

cnt, maybe your car is too shiny. I can see your face on the 1st photo

BTW, you bought the mini shark fin? Is it the one for E46? Also, the position is abit too close to the rear windsheild

Anyone bought e90 replica car models? The bmwshop only has sparkling graphite and titanium colours. I am looking for a black one.

Also, I noticed that the external part of the roof and side door is a bit soft. I could press it and it'll bend before returning to its original position. The e46 has much stronger body.

I just switched to the 17" wheels today. Definitely much harder as I could really feel the bumps along the road and it's a bit noisy. Probably I'm a bit more sensitive as this is the first time I've driven in 17" wheels.

Also went to the audio shop. Am told that I could change the subs under the seat without taking out the seats! I'm still working on finalising my equipment and will update you guys in due course.

What tyre pressures do you guys have on the runflats and non runflats?

I've got mine at 32 front and 34 rear, per the sticker on the door side. Would it be not so bumpy if I reduce the pressure?

true.... she's already in love with the current 17" set after months of "living together"...that's why I decided to keep the 17" rim & only replace the rft (or she'd definitely kick me out!!)
I'm going to trade-in the rft tomorrow...:rocks:

The mini shark fin is part of the gift pack from the M3 owner friend in Japan.
As you said, it is possible that it may be a E46 shark fin. I actually gone thru some thinkings / observations before I decided to place the fin on.
1. it looks ok on my e90 and I rather it is smaller.
2. the position has been tested with several places and look best to me if it is not looked like it is on the top of the roof.
3. I also checked the E60 next to me and its fin also sticked close to the edge.

It is bearable for a while.

hi ray

The rfts are not noisy, i actually love the special road noise from them. the only issue with rfts is the hard side wall which makes a 'bang' sound when hit some obstacles on the roads e.g. cat eyes stones. You will miss the nice noise of the rfts if you get tires which are too soft :
