Awesome...talk about your ultimate DIY project...I like the way he labeled the car... 332i brilliant stuff!!...lesser individuals would just tag an //M3 badge on the tail...it's all in the details.

Can't believe he got the wiring done himself with only one misswire !!
Wow. Not sure I am feeling the end product, but taste is a very personal thing, the guy's DIY abilities are above reproach. |

Wow. Thanks for sharing that. When I was a younger person I did basically the same thing with a 1968 Camaro.... ah the memories! That guy did an awesome job!

The electrical wiring part alone is enough to get my brains severely rattled. I can't believe he had the balls to take on the wires...but mad props!

Very good DIY but I think I'd have to agree with others, essentially he just made a homemade M3 (Ya it has 4 doors but that's not that big a deal imo). If I was going to go to all that effort I'd want something completely unique when I was done. Turning a 525it into a M5t might be kind of cool .

If you have enough money to do things like that...then you need something else to excite you. This guy could have gone and bought an M3...but he wanted to "bond" with this car, do something that would fullfil and he did it :-) A GREAT read...really enjoyed it! |
