Is this true? How do you know? Does that mean it may not work with my car and if dealer updates to new sw then for sure it won't work?

I believe that's the reason why they don't sell the JB+ anymore cause of the DME update. I really wish I had the money for this right now cause I doubt my car is getting the DME software update and this would be perfect for my until I upgrade to a Procede down the road.

We don't offer a JB+ for the N55. Did 100 test units and they worked well with the older DME software, but gains were reduced to 1/3 under the new DME software. Your friend needs an N55 Stage1.
