iCarbon vs Scopione Diffuser Picture Comparison
I have the iCarbon Diffuser installed on my car which I recently acquired while I had my order in for the Scopione diffuser. Today the Scopione diffuser arrived so I decided to take some comparison pics to compare weave and quality.
Top is the iCarbon installed and bottom is the Scopione. They are 99% similar. I can really not tell the difference in the weave between them other than the 1 fin in the middle of the iCarbon. So your basically paying $900 vs $450 for 1 extra fin in the middle. http://www.scopioneusa.com/make/bmw/...l#.TlNiIIIvo7k Last edited by cooler2442; 08-23-2011 at 03:18 AM.. |

you are paying the brand
Both companies make there products overseas and both will turn yellow within time. Scorpione gives you the right price for what you are buying. icarbon is over priced due to the fact you really are not getting quality from it. |

Sucks that both of these can not compare to the OEM BMW quality. i guess you get what you pay for. I have the icarbon one.

I do not have an OEM BMW performance diffuser to compare to but I have seen HP Autowerk's Slek 1M front lip in person and the quality of the weave blows away any other one I have seen. That one is made in America and it shows. But Slek does not make any 135i parts yet.

Since I received a few PM's about installing, I used this DIY/Guide to help install it:
