I agree with Zonian... its seems more of a 3 or X5 color to me. BUT my gf talked me into it and it looks pretty nice. Agreed on the wart of a nav screen... looks good from drivers seat but odd on this side!

I like those pics that have already been posted though it looks good, although I think they are a bit too close up and the lighting is wrong to get a really good idea. |

Here you are
Hi everybody,
what a pleasant surprise to find out that those are my pics, which I posted originally on the german forum with the following link: http://www.motor-talk.de/forum/coupe...-t1997598.html the quality of the photographs wasn't quite up to my expectations, though, but I'll try to do better next time (that cheap digital camera couldn't cope with the harsh sunlight... I miss my Nikon F3). Anyway, for the time being here are a few more in a suitable environment . For your info it's a 125i space-gray with the M-package, black leather and the Navi-Pro. I took delivery on september 12th and am a total addict since then, driving every bloody day around the nearby Alps here in Switzerland. All the best Hopefully |

Space Gray is looking good!
Thanks for the photos, Hopefully. What kind of comments do you get on the color?
FYI, it looks like the U.S. bound 135i's are on CARB hold and BMW is hopeful that they'll be released by October 28. Here's a link to the latest: http://www.1addicts.com/forums/showthread.php?t=17472 So it looks like it'll be the very end of October until anyone can actually take delivery of a 2009 135i. |

Thankfully, it's put doubt in my head about buying an LMB and will likely save me from springing for a new car before the planned March arrival date. |

Yea!!! Got mine today! Not a photo shoot yet, just some I snapped quickly just to post. I'll do some nicer shots later this weekend (I hope):
I'm am extremely pleased with the color, it looks sharp with the lines of the car. The color does change depending on the light. |

Terrific!
Beautiful vehicle, Bubble.
These are the first high quality photos of a Space Gray 1-Series that I've seen. It's an added bonus that you've got the Coral leather since that is what I'm getting, (whenever my car is released by the EPA from port... ). You're doubtless spending a lot of time driving it, but please try to take some time out to get some more photos of it for us, okay? Thanks again for the pics! |

Got a little dirty today, maybe I can convince my husband to do a quick detail, I'll shoot some tomorrow. Rain appears to be scheduled for Monday, but hopefully it will blow off quickly. I've spotted a couple places that are great to go shoot, especially on the weekends.
I hope they release yours soon. I know you are going to love it. |

Interior real life pics with new Nav-Pro
Well, just took some photos of the interior, too, in order to give you a better idea of how the new nav looks in real life. Am also very happy with the outstanding quality of the leather seats which you can notice in the detailed picture below.

@Hopefully, those interior shots are fabulous!!
@Maxfx, I have no regrets on the color. It's looks even better in person. It's been interesting to try to catch all the lighting conditions. Shot these two this evening as I headed home from lots of driving: It's definitely a chameleon color. |

It's very similar to silver-grey metallic...it might even be silver-grey metallic simply with a new name.
It's a very rich, flattering looking color on drab cloudy days or under flourescent white light such as in a parking structure. Under direct sunlight it can tend to looked washed out or overexposed, expecially later in the day towards dusk. |
