For $112,000 AUD? Hahahahaha

I'm not even a huge fan with what they've done exterior wise

Cool cool swap though

The adventure my gearbox has gone on so far :/.. Efficient! Haha

Ac compressor went on monday, getting looked at tomorrow, going to try and just get it .. To stop clicking, don't want it fixed, put the 'repair' money towards the swap... Puts a new max date for the time frame... Summer 2013/2014 tops! Unless i get a work car (hopefully) lol

Me too haha

It would cost abooout $10-$20k more at (depending if you fully build it) than what i plan for the n54 swap, purely because an s65 costs a solid whack more. $10k at a minimum.. Plus the lsd and more expensive gearbox.. And added complexity of install

Most likely just follow you with a N54 but buy a complete stat write off from NSW.

Smart man. A complete rear-ended should cost no more than 8-13k + auction fees and transport.

No i dont but i'll go over there to check out his thread

See how another bmw swapping guy is going! Haha

I'm talking to a shop about some valve springs and looking for more for valvetrain stuff - still unsure on headwork shop though bps for the bottom end seems like a good idea

ED: got a link to the thread at all? all i can find is some guy asking if V10 swap would be possible haa

Followed: http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=520467

Preliminarily fixed! Took it for a drive and the lights went away (presumably the sas calibrating after install) and functions returned!

Only took an hour or so first time not breaking stuff hahah

I would have so thought this was the coolest, most awesome build as I also own a 130i.... Ive always loved fast hatchbacks for their sleeper look... Then the M135i came out!!
