Alright! I'm 95% done with this fitment. Like others said, I am running into issues where the bumper meets the quarter panel, there is a bit of metal rubbing/cutting.

I ended up rolling the crap out of the rears, and they slip under with literally mm clearance. I'm going to have to do some more rolling here and there as I figure out the conditions in which the rubbing happens...but for normal driving there is no rubbing at all.

I ended up ditching the Hankooks for new Toyo TR1...225 up front 245 rear. They are the tiniest bit stretched, just enough to angle the sidewalls right under the fenders.

I was afraid the offsets would poke a lil too much on a 1er but those are perfect. Some new stretchy tires would look SEX. GL on the project

Still looking great (rolled or not lol). Kind of reminds me of RBenards' 135i (I forget which wheels he had though). Are there any downsides or negative effects when you roll the fenders?

They paint will most likely break, so you will have to protect the bare metal....other than that, a well done roll should have no negative effects.
