Write up: White 911 Turbo/Swissvax Crystal Rock
This car belongs to one of the members of 6speedonline and is a good friend of mine. White isn't usually a color that shows well but this was filthy. The customer drove from NJ to Canada over a weekend and this is basically what the car looked like after a round trip. Pretty crazy. The car needed to cleaned up good. Clayed and polished with a nice coat of Swissvax Crystal Rock.
Below are the tools and products used: Products used: Adam's Car Wash Uber Clay Bar with Optimum Instant Detail Spray and Gloss Enhancer Menzerna SIP Menzerna PO85RD - Menzerna Top Inspection Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Swissvax Crystal Rock Wheels and Tires Swissvax Pneu P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel Boar’s Hair Wheel Brush Foam applicator pads Swissvax Quick Finish Glass inside and out: Lusso Glass Polish Uber Glass MF Towels Black Wow on the bottom trim and the inside of the side vents Tools: Infratech 5300 Makita 9227 Hi Speed Rotary Lake Country CCS Pads 5.5 inch Lake Country Wool Pads Tons of "Uber" Microfiber Towels Uber Drying Towels Cam Spray 1500A with Cam Spray Foam Gun Before shots: Before Exhuast: Prepping the car I used P21S Autowash on the trim pieces using a Swissvax Brush to clean it up. Prepping/Cleaning the rims, P21S Wheel Cleaner Gel on the wheels and various brushed to clean them. Wheels during the cleaning with P21S Washing the car down with Adam's Car Wash After Paint correction: Wheels after/lips polished with P21 Finish Restorer/Tires dressed with Swissvax Pneu Swissvax Crystal Rock After shots: Exhaust after P21S Finish Restorer After shots: Final shot: I hope you enjoyed it. |

You should take a trip to SE MI and do a similar job on my 1er... It's all tucked away for winter and ready for some serious swirl removal! :smile:

why anyone would spend 1100 on wax is beyond me, while I agree the car looks nice after the detail, it looks no more amazing then any of the zaino or meguire details I have seen...I guess its just a niche product for people with more money then they know what to do with.
