You should be able to schedule PCD once the car enters production. Your CA will have to submit a form to the PCD with your production number.

No prob just make sure they do it as soon as possible, since dates are assigned on a first come basis in the order in which the PCD receives them.
My CA didn't do this so I was forced to wait an extra 5 weeks for my car plus do midweek delivery vs a thurs/Fri one. I wouldn't want anyone else to have to put up with that if they didn't have to.

Congrats, I'm also 11/28! Perhaps we can get a BSM to round this out.

I'm scheduled for 12/02 PCD (week 41 production).
Depending on family obligations and BMW robots feeling particularly industrious, I may try to move it into November if possible. Quote:

You're not going to believe this. I'm picking my car up the same day as you and I'm driving it back to STL! I grew up in STL and Dad's flying out to pick up car with me. Drive back to STL then fly GF up for the drive back down to Dallas. Are you confirmed for 10/18? I'll be hot footing it back to STL on Friday in order to get back that night but it will be great to have another 1M owner to share the day with. You have any track experiance? I noticed a miata in one of your pics. I wonder how much trouble they'll let us get into out on the track in their 1Ms? |

You'll probably beat us back to STL but it will be awesome to see the car in two colors and share the experience with a fellow 1M'er! |

You will not be "set loose on the track" the most aggressive of the three exercises is on a short autocross type track. It consists of a straight with slalom cones, right sweeper into a hard right turn. Left up a hill through a small S and then a decreasing radius turn back onto the straight. You will be on that track with 3 to 4 other cars for maybe 6-7 laps. If there are slow people in your group, you may be instructed to hold up to build more gap. You can push it hard, but you will have traction control on. It is very fun, but you have to realize that they have to set this up for ALL skill sets.
