Harlequin, where did you get the Lux from mate? Still not decided whether I want to bother putting them on the car but might as well get a set. Really at two minds about the yellow lights.

Just bought a set - $275 is really not half bad!

I thought so too...luxangeleyes.com was cheaper but the shipping quote made it higher overall...

Aleks was really helpful and they took about 10 days to get here. Well packed too...

So jealous of the extra room you have in the 135i. Lights look great Harlequin.

The 125i has a giant airbox that gives no room to work with on the passenger side.

Ahaha yeah! Luckily I found a thread on here advising me to budge the airbox which made it much better

Nice photos Angus. I really need to get myself a decent camera, your shots always turn out great.

I'm happy with the LUX too, very happy with them at night. In sunlight the outer ring is almost non-existent, I can see how weak it looks in the reflection of other cars rear bumpers or in glass windows or shops when I drive past.

From everything I've come across, these are as good as it gets though. For the price, they are the best thing out there.

Thanks Vin... I'm no pro but a decent camera definitely helps

I know they're not gonna be that great in daylight but the OEM ones are terrible ALL the time...

PS: JB3 GOES IN TOMORROW!!!

Agreed. I never liked the stock yellow colour.

Good luck with the JB... it's a life-changing experience

Hey I have a newbie question here. I just got a new 1 series with the xenon headlight option, and in the picture where the car has two distinct sets of headlights, mine look more like the one's on the right (more red/orange) than the left (more white/blue). When I chose that option I was expecting the lights to look like the white/blue ones, as I've seen them around on some BMWs.

What specifically does it take to get lights like that if it's not the Xenon headlight option from the dealer?

The left has aftermarket angel eyes, where as the right is stock, like yours.

The 1er do not come with white angel eyes from the factory.
