My completed rebuilt 2011 128i...*pics*
Im sure a couple of you remember my original posting of the repair of my purchase, and now it is basically complete, just some minor things including a mojor major cleaning.
Some notable mods are Eibach Pro Kit, replaced front and rear bumpers with 135i bumpers, injen intake, black roof, gloss back rear "diffuser", tinted rear lights, and a few more to come... Here are some before and after shots. |

Your car is looking sweet! I like everything but the tinted tails. Why not tint the rear glass quarters and back window? Did you also paint the roof? Or is that a wrap job?
I can't wait to see the car 100% finished and all detailed! |

It's not 100% finished. I have the shadowline trim on order, I will be tinting the windows very soon, and the roof is painted with high gloss high build urethane paint that basically looks like glass when clean.

Your car looks awesome!
Personally, I would cut out the tint from the white part of the tail-lights though. It's annoying, but tinting the white makes it look weirdly brown-ish, and not that good looking in my opinion. Other than that, i really have nothing else to suggest! maybe buy a blackout "128i" badge? Really great looking car

looks great! Get rid of the 128 bad though or get it in black too.

Great job!! She looks good almost ready to hit the streets.
Are you running stock suspension or what? I love the drop on her.

Did you replace the whole hood? I would have been tempted to go with a CF hood to match the roof if the stock one was junk. Those save a ton of weight too.

Yeah I definitely thought about it, and to be honest I just didn't want to do it. I think the black roof gives it just enough to break up all the white, but a CF hood and/or trunk for that matter is just too much for my taste.
