Anyway my set up is totally guess work. 135i fronts should fit, and word has it that the stock rear calipers fit on stock rotors so I'm gonna try it. Just a gamble.. but would look sex if it works.
Should help to rein in the 73rwkw too

lol.. good work jb

I'd start with better pads first as well (I wouldn't even touch the rotors unless they're shot).

Are you just planing on more spirited driving up nebo or planning to attack the tracks as well? Don't fall into the trap where a lot of people approach braking and suspension like they do with power. "I don't have enough so I need more/ bigger/ stiffer" Without thinking about the balance of the overall package.

the 130i can run BMWP/135i (everyone knows they are the same right 'cept for the pads/rotors) front brakes for sure (I've seen it done) however I haven't seen them with 208M wheels as I don't believe they fit - 261s fit and aftermarket 18s/19s should fit as well pending spoke design.

208M wheels fit over 135i calipers.

You bet! I'll have the fastest stopping 320i around. Anyway I'll be losing license restrictions early next year so I'll be looking to move into something faster then.

More than welcome, pal I'm thinking you may the only one that properly understood the nature of the comic.

What's the final verdict on brakes?

Sorry I didn't take any pics, I only had them on for a few days before selling the 130i. The 261's looked better so I swapped them back.

Im suprised to hear 130i brakes arent good enough for someone to run around with a dash here and there on the street. Whatever is on my 120i is better than the 300 odd mm brakes that were on my HSV Astra, its probably got the best brakes of any car Ive had.

its not that they are bad but they could be a lot better/when you have a close call on Mt Nebo, it really highlights the weak points in your car

130iguy, for me the fronts went on perfectly. No straight up luck with my rears though but I knew all along that it was just a punt. I'm tossing up whether or not to make them work by looking into carriers, rotors and other misc parts. Maybe you can try the calipers on your rear considering your rear is different to mine anyway? If you want my rear calipers you can make me an offer
